So there's this new Indy movie out. Anybody seen it/going to see it?

See what I'm confused about is, why is Indy old? At the end of The Last Crusade, he drunk from the Holy Grail, thus making him immortal. So he shouldn't look any older in this one ok. Obviously they couldn't actually do that on film, but I wanna know if that's been explained anywhere.
