Best pc game of all time?

What would you consider the best PC game of all time? Not really your "favorite", but what game you respect, liked the most, or thought generally that it was the best game ever made.

My opinion, its The Ultimate Doom, or the Doom series - except Doom 3. This includes Doom, the ultimate doom, the final doom and Doom II.
 
I've only played a small handful of games on my computer. Morrowind, a couple Medal of Honor games, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Doom, Counter-Strike, Unreal Tournament, and FEAR are the only ones I've ever had on my pc. I just have my laptop now. I don't do PC games anymore.

Out of all of those, Return to Castle Wolfenstein was probably my favorite. I was really, really good online. Doom was also pretty good. And Morrowind is a classic.
 
I like that there Rise of Nations
 
Age of Empires was pretty awesome back in the day
 
i don't like tf 2 that much, but there are some great quotes from the game
 
You can play this game pick tf2 quotes that you could use in the bedroom
eg

"Dont run its only ham" The heavy

"Oops that was not medicine" The medic

Its good to play when your boared.
 
I would Have to agree with Logan, StarCraft owns the throne
