if its one of the original units, then I think the warrenty is extend isn't it? thats what they told me when mine died last time, and they fixed it for free.

the only bright spot is that i get a year warranty on the repair, so if its shit again like yours SAB, i can get it replaced...again.

Shit, mine died two days before Halo 3 came out. 
I told Andrew to get his brother to let me borrow his, but no dice. They got it back to me pretty quickly, so it wasn't that big of a deal. I wonder what big game will be coming out next when it decides to die.
