is there such a thing?.. i'm looking for something easy like photobucket. i was suprised i didn't find such a thing right off the bat. perhaps i'm just blind.

www.rapidshare.de can host files... but I think they have a 1 hour limit for each file you download

They give you a certain amount you can download, then once you do you have to either join them, or you can wait 35 minutes before uploading more.
